 ST JACQUES SCALLOPS
IN A CREAMY VEGETABLE SAUCE
This subtle dish combines perfectly the flavor of the St Jacques scallops with finely chopped vegetables – freshly delivered each day. Is your mouth watering already? Listen – mushrooms, carrots, leeks, onions and shallots gently cooked down in butter, the sauce is made with white wine and cream is added at the end. As delicious as a home –cooked dish, guaranteed hand-cooked by the chef.
